The rules for using our website.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits vyroniq.pages.dev or any future Vyroniq Technologies website ("the website"), including our live preview and the demo websites. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Vyroniq Technologies ("we", "us") is based at Office No. 209, Nyati Equinox, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411023, India. You can reach us on +91 85548 46430.

2. What the website is for

The website explains our services for pet businesses, shows our prices, and lets you try our live preview and demo websites. It is for information and enquiries only. Nothing on it is a binding offer: every project starts only after a written quote is approved and the advance is paid.

3. Prices

Prices on the website are starting prices in Indian rupees. The final price, what is included and the payment terms for your project are confirmed in your written quote and service agreement. We may change the prices shown on the website at any time, but this never changes a quote you have already approved.

4. The live preview and demo websites

The demo websites are concept designs with sample names, photos, prices, reviews and figures. They are not real businesses and are not client websites.

When you type your business name into the live preview, it is shown only in your own browser. It is not sent to us or stored by us.

Booking and order forms on the demos open WhatsApp with the details filled in. They do not book anything and do not send anything to us unless you choose to send the WhatsApp message.

Please do not use the preview or demos to create misleading pages, impersonate a real business, or mislead other people.

5. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through our form, WhatsApp or phone, you agree that we may contact you about it. How we handle your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Care plan terms

This section applies only to clients who choose our optional care plan (₹999 a month or ₹9,999 a year). The same terms are shown on our pricing page. Items marked * have the conditions set out below.

What the care plan is

The care plan is optional. It costs ₹999 a month or ₹9,999 a year, paid in advance. While it is active and paid, it includes: hosting, a monthly check of your website, small edits of up to 30 minutes a month*, and a start on any website fault within 24 hours of your report*.

Small edits, up to 30 minutes a month*

What counts as a small edit:

• changing text that is already on your website, such as a description, a notice or an offer
• updating prices, timings, phone numbers, addresses or holiday closures
• adding, removing or renaming an item in a list that already exists, such as a service, a product or a team member
• replacing up to 5 photos a month that you send us ready to use

What does not count as a small edit (we quote these separately before starting):

• new pages or new sections
• changes to the design, layout, colours or fonts
• new features, forms, payment options or connections to other apps
• writing new content for you, or translating content
• finding, editing or retouching photos, or logo and graphic work
• SEO work, Google Business Profile management, ads or social media

How it works: send all the details of your edit in one WhatsApp message to +91 85548 46430. We finish small edits within 2 working days of receiving everything we need.

How the 30 minutes is counted: it is the total working time we spend on your small edits in one calendar month. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month and are not refunded. If a request needs more time than you have left, we tell you the extra cost first and only go ahead if you agree.

We decide whether a request is a small edit. If it is not, we tell you and send a quote before doing any work.

Website faults, we start within 24 hours*

What counts as a fault: something on your website that worked when we launched it and has stopped working. For example, a page that does not open, a broken button or link, a booking form that no longer opens WhatsApp, or a layout that has broken.

How to report it: WhatsApp +91 85548 46430 with a short description and, if you can, a screenshot.

What the 24 hours means: within 24 hours of your report we confirm it and start working on it. It is a promise to start, not a promise that the fault will be fixed within 24 hours. How long a fix takes depends on the cause. We keep you updated until it is fixed.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm India time, except national public holidays. A report sent after 7 pm, on a Sunday or on a public holiday counts as received at 10 am on the next working day.

What we fix at no extra cost: faults caused by our code or by the hosting we manage, while your care plan is active and paid.

What is not covered (we can help, but it may be quoted):

• problems with services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, your domain company, your email provider or your internet connection
• problems caused by changes made by you or by anyone other than us
• your domain expiring, or a renewal you have not paid
• new requests or changes to how something should work
• very old or unsupported phones and browsers

The monthly check

Once a month we check that your website opens, that its main links and buttons work, that the booking or enquiry form opens WhatsApp, and that your hosting is in order. If something needs attention, we tell you on WhatsApp.

The monthly check is not a full security audit, a speed report or an SEO report.

Hosting

Hosting is included while the care plan is active and paid. We use well known hosting providers and keep your website online and secure, but no provider can promise that a website is online 100% of the time. Short outages caused by the provider are not a breach of the care plan.

Payment, pausing and stopping

The care plan is paid in advance, monthly or yearly. If a payment is more than 7 days late, small edits and fault work pause until it is paid. Your website stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can stop the care plan at any time by telling us on WhatsApp before your next payment date. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made, including yearly payments, are not refunded for unused time, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If you stop the care plan, you can keep hosting with us for ₹2,999 a year, or move your website elsewhere. If you move, we hand over your website files free within 7 working days.

Changes to these care plan terms

We may change the care plan price or these terms with at least 30 days' notice on WhatsApp or email. If you do not agree, you can stop the care plan before the change applies.

If your signed Care Plan Agreement says something different from this page, your signed agreement applies.

7. Acceptable use

When using the website, you agree not to:

• break, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• send spam, false enquiries or harmful code through our forms
• copy, scrape or resell the website, its designs or its content without our written permission
• use the website for anything unlawful

8. Our content

The website, its design, text, templates, graphics, logo and code belong to Vyroniq Technologies or are used with permission. Some photos are free stock photos from Unsplash, used under the Unsplash licence. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not reuse our designs or content without written permission. Client projects are covered by their own service agreement.

9. Links to other services

The website links to services run by others, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Unsplash. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

10. No guarantees

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we do not promise any business results such as Google rankings, enquiries or sales.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
