How we handle your details.

1. Who we are

Vyroniq Technologies ("we", "us") builds websites and digital tools for pet businesses in India. We are based at Office No. 209, Nyati Equinox, Bavdhan, Pune, Maharashtra 411023. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and in our work, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form: your name, mobile number, email address, business name (optional), the plan you are considering (optional) and your message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone: your number, your name as shown, and what you tell us.

When you become a client: the details needed to deliver and bill your project, such as your business details, content, photos and payment records.

Technical data: when any website loads, the services that run it receive basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider uses this to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.

We do not collect: payment card details, government ID numbers, or data about your pets' or customers' health.

3. What we do not track

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools. We do not build profiles of visitors or sell data to anyone.

The demo websites and the live preview remember a few choices only inside your own browser, using your browser's local storage: your theme, the motion style you picked, and items you add to a demo order list. The business name you type into the live preview stays in your browser and is never sent to us. You can clear all of this by clearing your browser's site data.

4. Why we use your data

We use your data only to:

• reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
• deliver, support and bill the work you ask us to do
• keep records required by Indian tax and accounting law
• keep our website secure and working

We use your enquiry details on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send the form or contact us, and for the legitimate purposes above. We never use them for unrelated marketing.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only for the purposes above:

• Supabase, which stores enquiries sent through our form in a private database that only we can read
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our website
• Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts the website uses, and Unsplash, which delivers some photos; both receive your IP address when the page loads
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us on WhatsApp

Some of these providers may process data outside India, with their own safeguards. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years after our last conversation, then deleted. Client project and billing records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless the law requires us to keep them.

7. How we protect it

Enquiries are stored in a private database protected by access rules, so the public website cannot read them. Our website runs over a secure https connection with modern security settings. Only Vyroniq Technologies can access enquiry and client records.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

• ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• ask us to correct or update it
• ask us to delete it
• withdraw your consent at any time, which stops further use from then on
• raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you

10. Websites we build for clients

On websites we build for pet businesses, booking and enquiry forms open WhatsApp with the customer's details filled in. Those messages go directly to that business. We do not receive or store them. The business is responsible for how it uses its customers' details, and its own privacy policy applies.

11. Children

Our website and services are meant for business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For important changes, we will show a notice on the website.
