Most delays come from waiting for photos and details, so the sooner you send them, the sooner we can launch. Domain and hosting are set up in your name.

What is included in a website?
Every plan includes a mobile-first design, your services and prices, an enquiry or booking form, your address, hours and map, and basic search setup. The pricing page lists what each plan adds.
How long does it take?
We confirm the timeline in your written quote. It starts once we have your content and the advance payment, because most delays come from waiting for photos and details.
Are the domain and hosting included?
Hosting is included for the first year. Your domain is bought in your name, usually ₹750 to ₹1,600 a year, and we help you buy it. From the second year, hosting is ₹2,999 a year, or included in the care plan.
What happens if I want to leave?
You keep everything. Your domain is already in your name, and we hand over all your website files, photos and text, free, within 7 working days.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two revision rounds are included. After that, further changes are quoted.
What support do I get after launch?
Our optional care plan is ₹999 a month, or ₹9,999 a year. It includes hosting, a monthly check, small edits of up to 30 minutes a month*, and we start work on any website fault within 24 hours of your report*. *Terms apply: what counts as a small edit, working hours and exclusions are listed in full under Care plan terms on our pricing page and in our Terms of Service.
Can you build more than the website?
Yes, as separate custom work. Automation and AI-assisted tools are scoped and priced individually after a conversation about your business. They are not part of the website plans.
Will my website rank on Google?
Every site has sensible search basics, such as clear page titles and fast loading. We cannot promise rankings, traffic or enquiries. Deeper SEO is an add-on.
How do enquiries and bookings work?
On the website plans, your booking or order form opens WhatsApp with the customer's details filled in, so they reach you where you already work. Storing bookings in a system is custom work.
